In-Process Quality Engineer – CNC / Machine Shop

Experience: 2–3+ Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Perform in-process quality inspection during CNC and machine shop production.
- Inspect components at different stages of the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and control machine shop quality as per drawings and specifications.
- Check dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Identify quality issues, deviations, and defects during production.
- Coordinate with CNC operators, setters, and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Ensure components meet required quality standards before moving to the next process.




- Support process improvement and reduction of rejection/rework.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years or 3+ years of experience in in-process quality / machine shop quality.
- Experience in CNC production, machining, or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions.
- Diploma / Degree candidates can apply; qualification is flexible for candidates with relevant experience.
- Candidates from any location can apply.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
