- Core API infrastructure (FastAPI) serving all 25 platform products.
- LangGraph workflow engine orchestrating every AI agent action on top of Claude and GPT — tool calling, human-in-the-loop queues, retries.
- Claims AI Chatbot backend — session management, WhatsApp webhook handling, multi-turn conversation state.
- Document Intelligence Engine backend — OCR pipeline orchestration, and document classification and structured extraction via Claude/GPT.
- PostgreSQL + pgvector schemas for claims, customers, policies, sessions, and audit logs — used by every product.
- Insurer and TPA API integrations — the connector layer bringing live policy and claims data into the platform.
- Policy Servicing Agent — endorsement, renewal, and nominee change workflows over WhatsApp.

Frontend & product surfaces





- Web Chat Widget — real-time claims chatbot embedded in Basket Option's website and client portals.
- Broker Portal — claims tracker, compliance monitor, portfolio co-pilot, renewal pipeline.
- Corporate Client Portal — claims experience, portfolio analytics, renewal management.
- WhatsApp Flow Design — message templates, interactive buttons, media upload flows for the Claims AI Chatbot.
- Admin Dashboard — internal tool for claims ops to monitor AI performance, manage exceptions, handle escalations.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
