Responsible for ensuring the quality of casting parts through incoming, in- process and final inspection. The role involves monitoring casting quality, identifying defects, conducting root- cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to meet customer and internal quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

Perform inspection bof foundry castings at various stages of production.

Inspect components for dimensional accuracy, surface defects, casting defects and metallurgical requirements.

Identify and analyze defects and conduct visual, dimensional and functional inspection using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges.

Coordinate with production,melting,fettling,pattern and process engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Prepare inspection reports and daily quality records.

Ensure Calibration and proper use of measuring instruments and inspection equipment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
