Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering function, drive product development, and ensure technical excellence across solar and energy storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering strategy, design, development, testing, and execution.
- Oversee engineering for solar PV, inverters, BESS, electrical systems, and related products.
- Drive product development from concept to validation, certification, and commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with BIS, IEC, MNRE, CEA, IS, and relevant standards.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Projects, and Sales teams.
- Drive cost optimization, product reliability, performance improvement, and design standardization.




- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership for complex projects, customer requirements, and new technology initiatives.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related Engineering.
- 12–18 years of relevant experience in solar, renewable energy, power electronics, or BESS.
- Strong experience in engineering leadership, product development, and technical project execution.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
