Role Overview: Specialist - Digital Marketing

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Specialist - Digital Marketing to join our leadership and operational team at Fingertips Solutions Private Limited. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead our online acquisition channels, elevate brand visibility, and drive sustainable growth across our portfolio of AI-powered digital services and educational offerings. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend creative storytelling with data-driven execution to capture high-value market segments.

Key Responsibilities & Ownership

As a core driver of our digital footprint, your primary focus will be designing, executing, and scaling comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will own the end-to-end customer journey—from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion. Responsibilities include managing high-converting performance marketing campaigns across major social and search platforms, optimizing search engine visibility (SEO/SEM), and analyzing user engagement metrics to continuously refine our acquisition funnel and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate brings a robust background in up-to-date digital marketing,



exceptional analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of scaling digital brands. You should possess:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing, content strategy, and paid acquisition campaigns.
- Deep familiarity with modern analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
