We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong management abilities, and a proven interest in developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle business inquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and negotiations.
- Manage the complete sales and business development process from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- MBA, PGDM Candidates Can Apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid management and organizational skills.
- Good Client relationship-building abilities.
- Confident in handling client meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools is preferred.
