Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to drive digital procurement transformation, system solution design, and platform implementation. In this role, you will lead hands-on configuration, workflow design, and business analysis across upstream and downstream procurement processes, serving as a critical bridge between procurement business units and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

- Platform Solution Design & Implementation: Lead business analysis, functional architecture design, and end-to-end configuration support for Coupa spend management platforms.
- Upstream & Downstream Procurement Lifecycle: Manage and optimize workflows across Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Risk Management, Invoicing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Requirements & Process Engineering: Elicit requirements, author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRDs), and design As-Is / To-Be process models.
- Configuration & Support: Hands-on experience configuring approval matrices, custom fields, approval chains, and business rules within modern cloud procurement systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global procurement leads, finance teams, IT partners, and third-party vendors to align business needs with system functionality.
- Testing & User Adoption: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release management, change management, and user enablement activities.

Technical Skills & ExpertisePrimary & Mandatory Skills

- Coupa Platform Expertise: Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation, solution design, and configuration support on Coupa.
- Procurement Domain Knowledge:



Robust expertise across upstream procurement (Sourcing, Contracting, Risk Management) and pure P2P workflows.

Secondary & Preferred Skills

- Zip: Hands-on exposure to Zip platform workflows is strongly preferred.
- Levelpath: Knowledge or experience with Levelpath is an added advantage.
- ERP Integration: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise ERP integrations is good to have.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Total Experience: 7+ years in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Solution Architecture roles within Procurement & Supply Chain domains.
- Domain Focus: Proven background in Procurement Transformation, system implementation, and solution design rather than transactional processing or basic end-user tasks.
- Target Backgrounds: Candidates from Coupa implementation partners, IT consulting majors (e.g., Cognizant, TCS, Wipro), or Fortune 500 product enterprises operating modern procurement tech stacks.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
