We are looking for a Housekeeping & Maintenance Supervisor who can manage housekeeping operations and also has practical knowledge of basic electrical and AC maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the facility.
Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
Handle basic electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Have basic knowledge of electrical switches, sockets, lights, MCBs, wiring, etc.
Handle basic AC maintenance and troubleshooting, including filter cleaning and identifying common issues.
Attend to minor maintenance issues and coordinate with external technicians for major repairs.
Regularly inspect the facility and identify housekeeping or maintenance requirements.
Maintain records of housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Ensure all equipment and facility areas are properly maintained.
Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
