CSR Project – Sustainable Skill and Livelihood Development Program ( Skill Development Centre)

- Prior experience in placement coordination or skill development Program
- Coordinate placement of candidates who have successfully completed their certification.
- Conduct market research to identify suitable employment opportunities for trained candidates.
- Liaise and collaborate with companies/employers for candidate placements.
- Liaise with local institutions, ITIs, and training centres to establish collaborations for student training and placement support.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and placement data.
- Ensure all as placement targets are achieved within the given timeframe.
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students for suitable job opportunities based on their skills and interests.
- Conduct pre-placement counseling sessions to motivate and prepare students for employment.




- Organize and conduct mock interviews to help students build confidence and improve their interview performance.
- Train students in personality development, including communication skills, professional etiquette, grooming, teamwork, and workplace behavior.
- Guide students in preparing professional resumes, job applications, and interview documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with institutions and employers
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for field
- Time management and reporting abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Prior experience in placement coordination or skill development/CSR projects will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
