We are looking for a Computer Operator / Pharmacy Billing Staff who will be responsible for handling purchase entries, sales entries, billing, and day-to-day data entry using pharmacy software.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter all pharmacy purchases accurately into the pharmacy software.
- Enter and maintain sales transactions in the pharmacy software.
- Perform daily customer billing and generate invoices.
- Enter medicine details such as medicine name, batch number, expiry date, quantity, purchase price, and selling price accurately.
- Maintain and update medicine stock/inventory through the pharmacy software.
- Check purchase invoices and ensure entries match the physical stock and invoice details.
- Maintain accurate sales and purchase records.
- Assist with stock checking and identify discrepancies in inventory.
- Handle basic computer and data-entry work related to pharmacy operations.
- Ensure all entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with pharmacy staff regarding purchases, sales, stock, and billing.

Requirements





- Valuable basic computer knowledge.
- Experience using pharmacy billing/software is preferred.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Ability to accurately enter large amounts of purchase and sales data.
- Attention to detail is very important.
- Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy billing is an advantage.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a pharmacy, medical store, retail billing, purchase entry, sales entry, or inventory management will be preferred.

Main responsibility: Accurate and timely Purchase Entry + Sales Entry + Billing + Stock/Inventory Updates using Pharmacy Software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
