We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong motion graphics and video editing skills with hands-on experience in AI video generation. The candidate should be comfortable taking a creative brief and turning it into a polished video from visual exploration and AI-generated footage to motion graphics, editing, compositing, and final delivery.

We are looking for someone with a strong creative eye who understands visual storytelling, cinematography, design, pacing, composition, and post-production, and is excited about integrating AI into modern creative production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Generation & Creative Development

- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into engaging visual ideas and video executions.
- Generate high-quality AI video and image content using leading generative AI platforms.
- Develop prompts, visual references, shot designs, environments, characters, camera movements, and cinematic sequences.
- Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated characters, products, locations, and shots.
- Experiment with different AI tools and workflows to achieve the required creative output.
- Integrate AI-generated visuals with traditional editing, motion graphics, and post-production workflows.

Motion Graphics & Design

- Create high-quality 2D motion graphics and animation for brand films, social media, digital campaigns, and other content.
- Develop typography animation, transitions, product animations, visual effects, explainers, and branded motion assets.
- Maintain strong standards in typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ensure all creative work follows brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
- Combine motion graphics and AI-generated footage into seamless, polished video outputs.

Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit brand films, campaign videos, social content, product films, digital ads, and AI-led videos.
- Create engaging edits through strong pacing, music selection, sound design, transitions,



and visual storytelling.
- Work with AI-generated footage, live-action footage, stock, graphics, and 3D assets.
- Handle basic compositing, colour correction, cleanup, visual effects, and finishing.
- Adapt videos across multiple formats including 16:9, 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and other digital formats.

Creative Problem Solving

- Identify the right production approach for each shot using AI generation, motion graphics, editing, compositing, or a combination of techniques.
- Fix and improve common AI-generation issues such as character inconsistency, unnatural movement, visual artefacts, camera issues, and continuity problems.
- Use editing and post-production techniques to improve AI-generated footage.
- Find smart and efficient ways to deliver high-quality creative output within timelines.

Collaboration

- Work closely with creative director, filmmaker, and other team members.
- Participate in visual brainstorming, references, storyboarding, and execution planning.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from production through final delivery.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative and technical quality.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving creative environment.

Innovation & Research

- Stay updated with developments in AI video generation, image generation, motion design, editing, VFX, and creative technology.
- Explore new AI tools, models, and workflows that can improve creative output and production efficiency.
- Experiment with platforms such as Kling, Veo, Runway, Seedance, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flux, and other emerging tools.




- Continuously test new creative workflows and bring useful learnings into active projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, animation, design, filmmaking, or a related creative field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video editing skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and AI video generation tools.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of cinematography, camera movement, lighting, framing, composition, continuity, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to write and refine prompts for image and video generation.
- Understanding of maintaining visual consistency across AI-generated sequences.
- Ability to combine AI-generated content with traditional post-production workflows.
- Strong sense of design, typography, pacing, music, and visual aesthetics.
- Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across AI generation, motion graphics, and video editing rather than being limited to one discipline.

You should be able to generate a shot using an AI video tool, refine or fix it in post, add motion graphics where required, edit it into a larger sequence, and take it through to final delivery.

A strong creative eye, solid filmmaking fundamentals, curiosity for new tools, and the ability to turn experimentation into skilled-quality work are essential for this role.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
