Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone to address queries and follow up on pending information or overdue payments.
Verify customer details and documents for accuracy and update internal systems promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to assist clients and support timely repayments.
Maintain a professional, patient, and respectful tone in all interactions.
Eligibility:-
Fresh graduates from any discipline.
Robust communication skills in Hindi and English.
Comfortable with phone interactions, basic computer tools, and detailed record-keeping.
Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Final designation and detailed responsibilities will be confirmed upon selection.
Pay: From ₹250,000.00 per year
