About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic SEO Intern to assist in improving the firm’s online visibility and search engine rankings. The intern will work on keyword research, content optimization, website audits, competitor research, and other SEO activities for the firm’s website and legal content.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research for legal services, practice areas, judgments, and legal topics.
- Identify relevant long-tail and location-based keywords.
- Assist with on-page SEO activities, including:
- Title tags
- Meta descriptions
- H1, H2, and H3 headings
- URL optimization
- Internal linking
- Image alt text
- Content optimization
- Research and suggest topics for SEO-friendly legal blogs.
- Assist in writing and optimizing legal blog content.
- Conduct competitor SEO research and identify content gaps.
- Monitor website rankings and keyword performance.
- Assist with basic technical SEO checks and website audits.
- Identify broken links, indexing issues, duplicate content, and other basic SEO issues.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics data.
- Assist with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Research backlink opportunities and assist with off-page SEO activities.




- Maintain SEO reports and track improvements in website traffic and rankings.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and current SEO practices.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Law, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts.
- Solid research and analytical skills.
- Good written English and content-writing skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
- Interest in legal content and digital marketing is an advantage.
