Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plan
Monitor production output and ensure achievement of daily production targets.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, PPC, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure availability of raw materials, tools, fixtures, gauges, and consumables before starting production.
Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize downtime
Perform root cause analysis for production and quality problems using methods such as 5 Why and Fishbone Analysis.
Maintain production records, shift reports, rejection reports, downtime records, and productivity reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
