Job Description

Mojo Auto Cafe is looking for an experienced Service Advisor cum Quality Controller to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive or showroom field and should have valuable knowledge of vehicle service, customer handling, and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Inspect vehicles before delivery and ensure the work has been completed as per the required standards.
- Identify and report any quality issues or incomplete work before vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales and workshop teams for smooth job execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain proper service records.
- Follow up with customers regarding service completion and delivery.




- Maintain high standards of workmanship and vehicle quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive/service/showroom field.
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Quality Controller, or similar automotive role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive services.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and other team members.
- Responsible, organized, and quality-conscious.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 per month + Incentives
