Job Title: Telecaller – Software Product (IT Industry)
Location: Vadodara
Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the software product.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Generate leads and pass to the sales team.
- Maintain call records in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi (or local language).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales/telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work towards targets.
