Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) to ensure uninterrupted hospital operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HMIS users across various departments.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Oracle Database performance.
- Coordinate with software vendors for application support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Support implementation of current IT initiatives and software enhancements.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations.
- Prepare system documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to address IT requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and healthcare data security standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.





Mandatory Skills

- Hospital background is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Hospital Management Information System (HMIS).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and database management.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and software vendors.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in healthcare application support and implementation.
- Understanding of hospital workflows and clinical information systems.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle critical system issues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
