- Develop FRP moulds from drawings, reference parts, prototypes and master models.
- Create plugs, patterns and production-ready moulds for automotive interior and exterior components.
- Handle mould preparation, gel coat application, lamination, release agents and finishing.
- Understand complex automotive curves, shapes and surface transitions.
- Develop components such as dashboards, consoles, partitions, panels, roof components and interior trims.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface quality and repeatability of moulds.
- Guide and supervise FRP technicians.
- Identify mould defects and carry out modifications and corrections.
- Work closely with the design, fabrication and upholstery teams during prototype development.

Preferred Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of hands-on FRP mould development experience. Automotive, bus body, luxury van, caravan or custom vehicle experience preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
