Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Marketing Executive to develop new business opportunities, promote aluminium products, generate leads, and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, contractors, builders and other business clients.

The role will involve field marketing, client visits, market development and sales support. Similar aluminium-sector roles commonly include lead generation, site/client visits, relationship management, quotations and sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for aluminium products.
- Visit customers, dealers, builders, contractors, fabricators and project sites.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new markets, projects and potential customers in Delhi-NCR.
- Promote and explain the company's aluminium products and services.
- Conduct regular market visits and collect market/competitor information.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch and accounts teams.
- Negotiate with customers and support order closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly field visit reports.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market demand and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in B.Com,



BBA, MBA/Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred.
- Experience in aluminium, metal, building materials, construction materials, fabrication or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of Delhi-NCR market will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with field work and regular client visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹34,000 per month

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in aluminium products, aluminium extrusion, building materials, construction products, metal products, fabrication or B2B sales will be preferred. Current Delhi/NCR aluminium and field-sales postings similarly emphasize industry experience, client visits, lead generation and business development.
