Guest Relationship Officer (GRO)
Location: Jaipur | Company: HOPUP India
Role:
Responsible for providing a welcoming and smooth experience to guests, handling queries, and promoting HOPUP’s games, packages, and offers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Explain games, packages, offers, and facilities.
- Handle guest queries and basic complaints.
- Assist with bookings, entries, and game cards.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth guest service.
- Promote offers and ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
