We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack Development to lead the design and development of complex, highly available, distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Go, Python, Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, OpenShift, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted software development. You will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, drive automation, and work closely with product and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of scalable, distributed, high-availability systems using Go, Python, and Node.js.
- Define technical architecture, engineering standards, and development best practices.
- Make key AWS architecture decisions related to scalability, security, cost, and resilience.
- Design and operate workloads on AWS EKS and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Drive automation across CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, testing, and operations.
- Lead architecture and technical design reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Partner with product, business, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and reliability improvements.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies where they provide measurable engineering value.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience with strong distributed-systems experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Go and Python.
- Strong working experience with Node.js.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, particularly EKS.
- Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, including:
- Fault tolerance and consistency models
- Messaging systems such as Kafka, SQS/SNS
- Data partitioning
- Service mesh




- Experience leading technical projects or small engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

AI-Assisted Development – Required

Candidates must have demonstrated practical experience using AI-assisted and agentic development tools, such as:

- Claude Code
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Similar AI coding/development platforms

Experience should span the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, code review, and documentation.

The candidate should also understand:

- Responsible AI-assisted coding practices
- Validation and review of AI-generated code
- Security scanning
- Data privacy and prevention of sensitive-data leakage
- AI/LLM integration patterns
- APIs and prompt design
- RAG and embeddings
- Agentic workflows and MCP

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the US healthcare / health insurance / payer domain.
- Knowledge of claims, enrollment, advantages, provider networks, and HIPAA-aware system design.
- Experience with HL7, FHIR, and X12 EDI.
- Previous experience in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader, not just a people manager. The successful candidate should be comfortable making architecture decisions, writing/reviewing code, working with cloud infrastructure, leading automation initiatives, and guiding engineers while engaging directly with stakeholders.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
