Job Summary

Tassos Consultancy Services Private Limited is looking for a Semi-Technical Executive to support software implementation, requirement gathering, deployment, and end-user training for our international client in Africa.

The role requires good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and support successful software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients to understand their business processes and software requirements.
- Gather, document, and communicate functional requirements to the internal development team.
- Assist with software implementation and deployment at the client site.
- Understand software modules, features, workflows, and business processes.
- Provide software training to client employees and end users.
- Support users during implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Coordinate between the client and the internal software/development team.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and communicate technical issues to the appropriate team.
- Collect client feedback and communicate required changes or improvements to the development team.
- Maintain documentation related to requirements, implementation, training, and client feedback.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Diploma / BE / B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of computers, software, and business applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to understand business requirements and communicate them clearly to technical teams.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and conducting software training.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn software products, workflows, and business processes.
- Must be willing to travel internationally and work at the client site in Africa.
- Responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a client-facing setting.
