About us:
Healkin is a tech-enabled home healthcare platform in Mumbai. Nursing visits, home diagnostics, equipment rental, caregivers, injections, vaccinations — delivered out of staffed base stations serving 3km micro-markets. We're early, growing fast, and building the operating system for everything a family needs at home short of a hospital.
The role
● Run Meta and Google Ads for home nursing, X-ray, lab tests, and vaccinations, and bring the cost per lead down
● Plan and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including reels, awareness posts, and patient stories
● Build WhatsApp and email campaigns that turn enquiries into bookings
● Market health camps, society drives, and QR campaigns on the ground
● Track what's working (leads, conversions, cost per booking) and explain it in five lines
● Use AI tools to create faster: creatives, copy, video, landing pages
Who this is for
● A fresher, or 0–2 years of experience; hospital or clinic marketing is a big plus
● You've run a page, a campaign, or a brand you can show us
● You know Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Canva, or can learn them in two weeks
● You care about results, not just likes
● You communicate clearly in English; Hindi or Marathi helps

● You only want to design posts and not look at numbers
● You need a fixed, defined checklist every day
● You're not comfortable with healthcare content that needs care and accuracy
