We are looking for a Software Support & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing software support to our existing clients and assisting the marketing team with customer outreach and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide software support to existing clients through phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels.
- Understand client issues and provide basic troubleshooting and guidance.
- Coordinate with the technical/development team for issues that require further assistance.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Make cold calls to potential customers and introduce our software/products.
- Generate new business leads through telephone and other marketing activities.
- Explain software features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, leads, and follow-ups.




- Follow up with potential customers and schedule product demonstrations when required.

Requirements

- B.Com or any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand software and explain it to customers.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
