The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, driving, and executing the company's full-funnel online marketing strategy. This hybrid role bridges technical growth marketing (PPC, SEO, email, conversion optimization) with organic content strategy, brand storytelling, and community engagement across social media channels to accelerate lead generation, sales, and brand advocacy.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Paid Acquisition (DMM)
- Performance Marketing: Plan, set up, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategy—on-page, technical, and off-page—to drive organic search traffic and boost domain authority.
- Funnel & CRO: Analyze user funnels, optimize landing pages, and run continuous A/B tests to maximize conversion rates (CRO) and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Marketing Automation & Email: Design and implement automated email flows, lead-nurturing drips, and lifecycle campaigns via CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce).
2. Social Media Management & Community (SMM)
- Content Strategy & Planning: Build and maintain an integrated multi-platform content calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy, post captions, video scripts, and short-form graphic assets tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Community Engagement: Oversee active community management—responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and customer inquiries in a consistent brand voice.
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, reach out to,
and collaborate with industry influencers, brand ambassadors, and media partners to expand reach.
3. Analytics, Budget & Reporting
- Data & Performance Tracking: Track performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), social media native insights, and social management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- ROI & Budget Management: Manage multi-channel media spend, ensuring optimal allocation across paid social and search to deliver high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly executive dashboards outlining key growth metrics, channel attribution, customer trends, and strategic optimizations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Digital Growth: ROAS, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and overall Web Conversion Rate (CVR).
- Social Engagement: Follower growth rate, engagement rate (likes, shares, comments), social traffic to website, and reach/impressions.
- Pipeline Impact: Organic traffic volume, email list growth, open/click rates, and marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns and organic social media channels (agency or in-house).
- Technical Skills & Tools:
- Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Social & Design Tools: Canva, CapCut/Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Automation/CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
