Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Doctor Relations

New Indore Super Speciality Hospital, Depalpur is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to focus primarily on doctor meetings, doctor relationship management, and referral networking.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for regularly meeting doctors, introducing and promoting hospital services, developing professional relationships, and coordinating patient referrals with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit and meet doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with doctors.
- Introduce doctors to the hospital's facilities, specialties, services, and consultants.
- Follow up with doctors regarding patient referrals and hospital services.
- Develop and maintain a network of referring doctors.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for smooth patient referrals and admissions.
- Keep doctors informed about new hospital services, facilities, specialist availability, camps, and health programs.
- Organize and coordinate doctor meetings, CME programs, health camps, and professional interactions.
- Collect feedback from doctors regarding hospital services and communicate it to the management.
- Maintain regular records of doctor visits, meetings, referrals, and follow-ups.




- Identify opportunities to develop new doctor referral relationships in and around Depalpur and nearby areas.
- Represent New Indore Super Speciality Hospital professionally during doctor visits and meetings.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for doctor meetings and field visits.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Previous experience in hospital marketing, healthcare sales, doctor relations, pharmaceutical sales, or business development will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
