Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, and project clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project clients.
- Drive project sales and ensure regular follow-up with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market expansion.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, leads, and market developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

Relevant Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries/products will be preferred:

- POP Ceiling
- Metal Ceiling
- Gypsum Board
- Fiber Cement Sheet
- Soffit / Ceiling / Building Material Products

Candidate Profile





- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in B2B/project sales and channel development will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.

Location

Pune & Indore

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
