This is a sales-driven opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting for recent business, negotiating deals, solving problems, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Whether you have previous freight brokerage experience or a strong background in B2B sales, we provide the tools, support, and industry knowledge to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Freight Broker / Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business while building and managing long-term relationships with shippers and carriers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting for new customers through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and other business-development activities
- Building and growing your own customer portfolio
- Developing relationships with shippers and transportation providers
- Quoting and negotiating competitive freight rates
- Coordinating shipments from pickup through delivery




- Communicating with customers, carriers, and internal team members
- Resolving shipment issues quickly and professionally
- Following up with prospects and existing customers
- Managing multiple shipments and customer needs simultaneously
- Maintaining accurate customer and shipment information in company systems
- Working toward sales, revenue, and performance goals
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships

This is a performance-driven sales position. We are looking for people who want to be actively involved in building a business—not simply filling a seat.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
