*POSITION: Senior Designer / Senior Interior Designer*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Designer to lead our interior design projects from concept to execution, especially for Premium Residential, Bar Lounge, Commercial projects.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Create innovative design concepts, 2D layouts, 3D views & mood boards

2. Prepare detailed working drawings, electrical, plumbing, furniture drawings

3. Handle client meetings, understand requirements and present designs

4. Coordinate with Junior Designers, 3D Visualizers and Site Execution Team

5. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and colour schemes

6. Prepare BOQ, material specifications and estimation support

7. Site visits for design implementation and quality check

Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality standards

*Requirements:*

- B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design

- 3-6 Years of experience in Interior Designing (Residential & Commercial)

- Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / V-Ray, Photoshop

- Strong portfolio of completed projects

- Good communication and client handling skills

- Ability to lead a small team

*Salary & Perks:*

- Salary: Rs. 30,000 - 50,000 (Based on experience) + Performance Bonus

- Opportunity to work on high-profile projects like Adani Group etc.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
