Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE Consultant to provide application support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) modules. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring smooth order-to-cash operations, shipment processing, delivery management, billing support, and integration with other SAP modules while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD and LE modules in a production support workplace.
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and user issues within agreed SLAs.
Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes including sales orders, deliveries, shipments, transportation, billing, and returns.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.




Support change requests, minor enhancements, and configuration changes.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
Coordinate with ABAP, Basis, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and user manuals.
Participate in release management, system upgrades, and project deployments.
Provide support during critical business periods and hypercare activities.
