Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives up to ₹2 LPA

We are hiring Sales Executives for the life insurance sales process. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, following up with prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance products.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records and sales follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.




- Complete required documentation and follow company processes.
- Maintain qualified customer relationships.

Eligibility

- HSC with minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or Graduate with minimum 6 months of experience.
- Sales experience in insurance, BFSI, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Age: 21–32 years.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam preferred.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
