About the Role

Booking Mate is seeking a reliable, proactive Property Caretaker to manage the daily operations of our serviced apartments.

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, oversee property maintenance, and handle basic digital booking inquiries to ensure smooth, high-quality stays.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and assist with guest requests throughout their stay.

Property Upkeep: Ensure all rooms, bedding, and common areas meet high standards of cleanliness; conduct room inspections post-checkout.

Basic Maintenance: Handle routine property care, including basic gardening, and coordinate with external vendors for repairs when necessary.

Lead Conversion & Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, follow up with potential leads,



and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Professional Standards: Wear the official Booking Mate uniform during shifts and take end-to-end ownership of on-site operations.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic smartphone proficiency to manage WhatsApp inquiries and follow up on leads.

High attention to detail regarding cleanliness and property maintenance.

Ability to live on-site (if taking the accommodation benefit) and respond flexibly to guest needs.

Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or front desk roles is a plus, but motivated beginners with high ownership are welcome to apply.
