- Provide regular medical assessment and clinical care to residents.

- Monitor residents’ health conditions, vital signs, medications, and treatment plans.

- Conduct medical consultations and identify health concerns at an early stage.

- Coordinate with specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals when required.

- Review and update residents’ medical records and treatment documentation.

- Ensure proper medication management and follow-up of prescribed treatments.

- Attend to medical emergencies and coordinate timely referrals when required.

- Work closely with the Manager, Social Worker, Nurses, Caregivers, and Therapists to ensure comprehensive resident care.

- Provide guidance to staff on basic health, hygiene, infection prevention, and emergency procedures.

- Communicate with residents’ families regarding relevant medical updates when required.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure residents receive respectful and dignified care.
