We are hiring 10 experienced Telesales Executives for our Patna office. If you have at least one year of phone sales behind you and you want a product worth selling plus real incentive upside, read on.

About us

BeTheBestCoder.com (BTBC) is an ed-tech platform that trains engineering and BCA students for tech placements. Our students come from Tier-2 and Tier-3 colleges across India, and our mentors are working professionals at leading tech firms. You won't be selling a random product — you'll be helping students build careers.

What you will do

- Call students who have already registered for our free masterclasses and online programs (warm leads — no random cold calling from purchased lists)
- Understand the student's college, branch, semester and career goal before pitching
- Explain our skill courses and 3-month Training-cum-Internship Program in simple language
- Handle common student and parent questions around fees, certificates, time commitment and placement support
- Follow up on WhatsApp and calls until the student enrolls or clearly says no
- Update every call outcome in our CRM the same day
- Hit daily call targets and monthly enrollment targets

Who we are looking for

- Minimum 1 year of telesales, telecalling, inside sales or counselling experience — this is a must
- Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech — all welcome)
- Fluent in Hindi,



comfortable speaking basic to good English
- Proven comfort with daily call targets and follow-up discipline
- Hands-on with a CRM or lead tracker, Google Sheets and WhatsApp
- Ed-tech, insurance, real estate or banking telesales background is a plus
- Must be based in Patna or willing to relocate — this is an in-office role
