Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounts Head to manage the company’s complete Accounts & Finance function. The candidate should have strong experience in team handling, work allocation, expense control, financial control, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the complete Accounts & Finance team.
- Allocate and segregate work among team members and ensure timely completion.
- Review and monitor the day-to-day accounting work of the team.
- Handle and supervise major accounting functions including billing, receivables, payables, GST, TDS, payroll, taxation, bank reconciliation, audits, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Monitor company expenses and implement effective cost and expense control measures.
- Review financial transactions, payments, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Monitor cash flow, outstanding payments, collections, and vendor payments.
- Prepare and review regular financial and MIS reports for management.
- Ensure proper accounting records,



internal controls, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and other departments for financial and accounting requirements.
- Identify financial discrepancies, control unnecessary expenses, and improve accounting processes.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance and accuracy of the Accounts Department.

Candidate Requirements

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong experience in team management and work delegation.
- Hands-on experience in multiple accounting functions and company finance operations.
- Experience in expense control, financial control, budgeting, and MIS reporting.
- Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/Tally.
- Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in a hospitality, healthcare, food service, or multi-site organization will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
