Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an alert, disciplined and responsible Security In-Charge / Security Supervisor to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and property at The NatureLand Wellness Resort.

Position: Security In-Charge / Security Supervisor

Location: The NatureLand Wellness Resort
Address: Village Cholagora, Jamshedpur–Galudih Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304

Experience: Relevant security experience preferred
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass preferred; security training/background preferred

Fooding will be provided

Accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise security guards and allocate duties
- Control entry and exit of guests, employees, vendors and vehicles
- Maintain visitor, vehicle and incident registers
- Conduct regular security rounds
- Monitor CCTV cameras
- Maintain access and key-control procedures
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Coordinate with management and authorities when required
- Prepare incident reports
- Ensure security arrangements for weddings,



parties and large gatherings
- Monitor emergency exits and fire-safety access
- Supervise security staff grooming, attendance and discipline
- Protect company assets and guest property

Key Skills Required

- Strong observation and alertness
- Good communication and crowd-management ability
- Physical fitness and discipline
- Basic fire and emergency-procedure knowledge
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Integrity, responsibility and confidentiality
