Experience: 5 to 10 years

JD:

Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
5–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing.
Mandatory experience in CNC/VMC-based manufacturing, preferably in an MSME environment.
Hands-on experience managing operators, technicians, supervisors and staff.
Comfortable working closely with production teams.
Robust people management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adequate manpower for daily production and handle recruitment, joining and replacements.
Manage attendance, leave, late coming, absenteeism and employee discipline.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate with Production Managers for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Collect, monitor and report department-wise KPIs to management.




Follow up with department heads on KPI achievement and conduct regular KPI review meetings.
Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, company rules and workplace discipline.
Maintain employee records, HR reports and HR/ERP systems.
Conduct employee induction and communicate company policies, rules and expectations.
Support training, skill development and performance reviews.
Identify and resolve manpower or employee-related issues before they impact production.
Support management in maintaining a positive work culture and discipline.
Promote basic 5S and workplace discipline through HR initiatives.
Organise employee meetings and engagement activities as required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
