Job Description

Twinspire Architectural Consultants is looking for a confident and proactive Client Relationship Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves managing professional relationships with architects, interior designers and building material brands, while supporting client engagement and business development activities.

The candidate will be responsible for making professional calls, introducing brands and products, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and maintaining regular follow-ups with architects and designers. The role also involves managing communication for assigned brand accounts, maintaining databases, tracking opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make professional calls to architects, interior designers and industry professionals.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Handle communication and coordination for assigned brand accounts.




- Maintain accurate contact databases and follow-up records.
- Track meetings, discussions, opportunities and next actions.
- Coordinate product presentations, studio visits, launches and events.
- Support business development and client relationship activities.
- Prepare basic reports using Google Sheets/Excel.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, business development, inside sales or coordination. Excellent communication skills, confidence on calls, professional presentation, robust follow-up skills and a proactive approach are essential.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
