About the Role

Contribute to a production-grade AI platform across the full stack — Python backend, React.js frontend, RAG pipeline development, and Agentic AI workflow implementation. Mentored role with the Co-Founder reviewing every pull request. You ship to production from week one.

What You Will Do

Python Backend:

- Build REST APIs and background processing jobs
- Integrate LLM provider APIs and third-party connectors
- Write tests and debug across application layers

React.js Frontend:

- Build and maintain dashboard components
- Implement responsive UI with modern React patterns
- Integrate with backend APIs

RAG Pipeline Development:

- Build RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models
- Develop chunking, indexing, and retrieval strategies

Agentic AI Development:

- Build multi-step agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI,



or similar frameworks
- Implement agent tools and function calling with LLM providers
- Test and optimize pipelines for production reliability

Requirements

Required:

- Strong Python fundamentals (real projects, not just tutorials)
- React.js (hooks, functional components, API integration)
- REST API and basic relational database knowledge
- Git proficiency
- Understanding of RAG (embeddings, vector stores, retrieval)
- Interest in and exposure to Agentic AI frameworks
- Reads existing code and follows established patterns

Preferred:

- LLM API experience (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
- Vector database exposure
- Docker basics
- Personal RAG or agent projects on GitHub
