Manual Tester (1–2 Years Experience)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, ensuring product quality, and working closely with developers to deliver a smooth, reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web/mobile applications across functional, regression, and UI testing

- Write and execute detailed test cases and test scripts

- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools

- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues

- Perform smoke and sanity testing before releases

- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation

- Ensure test coverage across different devices, browsers,



and platforms

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in manual software testing

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC

- Experience writing test cases and test plans

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)

- Basic understanding of API testing is a plus

- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, etc.)

- Experience testing CRM/SaaS platforms
