Right now, we're on the lookout for a performance marketing intern who's as passionate about doubling clients' ROAS as we are. You will play a critical role in supporting the performance marketing department of Catalys. If you're up for an exciting ride, read on!

Who you are:

- Recently graduated from a degree program related to marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Familiar with the fundamentals of digital marketing.
- Robust interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Shopify and Meta is highly desirable.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.

What you'll do:

- Creative Research: Conduct research to support creative projects and campaign strategies for meta ads.
- Customer List Management: Regularly update and maintain the cleanliness of the existing customer lists on a monthly basis.
- Creative Direction: Assist in developing creative directions based on creative and competitor research




- Data Management: Help with sorting and analyzing data from platforms like Shopify and Meta to support marketing decisions.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team calls to align on projects, share insights, and collaborate effectively across functions.
- Ad Creation and Launch: Assist in the creation, setup, and launch of advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Daily Reporting: Support the team by helping fill out daily performance reports to track campaign progress and results.
- App Management: Set up and troubleshoot apps on Shopify, addressing any issues to ensure smooth operation and integration.
- Retention marketing: Support team in researching and implementing email/whatsapp marketing strategy
