WHAT YOU WILL DO - Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and relevant paid channels. - Build lead-generation strategies, campaign structures, targeting, budgets, and bids. - Research audiences, competitors, and keywords to strengthen campaign decisions. - Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and ROI. - Set up conversion tracking, pixels, events, UTMs, and campaign analytics. - Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies. - Partner with creative, content, sales, and business teams to improve lead quality. - Turn performance reports into clear insights and corrective actions.
