Your work profile

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality SAP technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP developments across implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
- Deliver end-to-end RICEFW objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
- Develop and enhance applications using Object-Oriented ABAP, Enhancement Framework, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, BAPIs, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE technologies.
- Design and support output management solutions using Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
- Build and maintain SAP integrations with external applications through IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, REST APIs, and other integration technologies.
- Develop SAP S/4HANA technical solutions leveraging CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, Embedded Analytics, and RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
- Support SAP Fiori applications through backend OData services and API development.
- Prepare technical specifications, development documents, unit test cases, and deployment artifacts.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, debugging, and technical troubleshooting activities.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business users, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to development standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.





Key Requirements

- 6-9 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation project.
- Strong expertise in ABAP Programming, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), ALV Reports, Data Dictionary, Module Pool Programming, and SAP Workflow.
- Hands-on experience with Enhancement Framework, BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE technologies.
- Strong experience in Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and developing RICEFW objects in complex SAP environments.
- Valuable understanding of SAP technical architecture, development lifecycle, and SAP development best practices.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FICO, PP, and WM/EWM.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA development technologies, including CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, Embedded Analytics, and RAP Framework.
- Experience supporting SAP Fiori applications and OData-based integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Build, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) is preferred.
- Experience with S/4HANA migration, custom code remediation, and technical transformation projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control, DevOps practices, Agile, Scrum, and SAP Activate methodologies is desirable.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with functional and technical teams.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- SAP ABAP or SAP S/4HANA Technical certification is preferred.
- Certifications in SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, Integration Suite, or related SAP technologies will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions, global delivery projects, and SAP transformation programs is desirable.
