Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing job portals.

Extend job offers and facilitate the initial salary negotiation process.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Conduct comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring all paperwork, background checks, and compliance forms are completed.

Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.

Employee Relations & Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, advantages, and workplace issues.

Assist in resolving employee grievances and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.

HR Administration & Payroll:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

Assist the finance/payroll team by providing accurate attendance, leave, and compensation data.

Compliance & Reporting:





Ensure company policies adhere to local, state, and national labor laws and regulations.

Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong working knowledge of HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.

Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.

High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹11,036.30 - ₹33,145.50 per month
