About The Role

We are looking for a confident and patient-focused Patient Relationship & Sales Executive to manage patient communication, follow-ups, package conversions and renewals.

Key Responsibility

- Handle patient enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Build strong relationships with patients.
- Explain assessments, treatment plans and packages.
- Follow up with patients for package conversion and renewals.
- Manage leads and patient information in CRM.
- Coordinate with therapists and front desk.
- Track follow-ups,



conversions and pending payments.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, healthcare, customer relationship or similar roles.
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Patient-friendly, skilled and target-oriented.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
