About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Social Media Executive to join our team in Yelahanka, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlink building, guest posting, website structure, keyword optimization, and social media marketing.

You should be someone who understands how to improve website visibility on Google, build quality backlinks, increase organic traffic, and manage social media platforms effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for websites.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Handle On-Page, Off-Page, Technical and Structural SEO.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking and site structure.
- Identify and resolve basic technical SEO issues.
- Build high-quality and relevant backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
- Handle guest posting and outreach for link building.
- Research backlink opportunities and maintain backlink profiles.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and SEO performance.
- Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics and other SEO tools.
- Identify SEO opportunities to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
- Plan and execute Social Media Marketing activities.
- Manage content and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter/X.
- Assist in developing social media content calendars.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and audience growth.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends and social media updates.
- Prepare regular SEO and social media performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and/or Social Media Marketing.

- Should understand backlinks, guest posting, technical SEO and website structure.
- Should be comfortable working on multiple client websites and social media accounts.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to research, learn and implement new SEO strategies.
- Should be comfortable working full-time from our Yelahanka, Bangalore office.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who actually understands SEO and can execute tasks independently, rather than someone with only theoretical knowledge.

Salary

Starting Salary: ₹10,000/month to ₹15,000/month
