Secure Line Assurance IMF Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven and results-oriented Operations Manager – Insurance to join our team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day insurance operations, streamline client service delivery, manage policy processes, and support overall business growth. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring productive service execution, policy compliance, and operational excellence.

Operations & Process Management

* End-to-End Workflow Execution: Oversee daily operations including policy issuance, endorsements, premium processing, and renewals.

* Claims Operations: Coordinate with insurers and clients to manage the claims process, ensuring fast turnaround times and proper documentation.

* Service Quality: Establish and enforce operational SLAs to deliver prompt, accurate, and high-quality customer service.

* Process Automation:



Maintain and update operational tracking systems to enhance administrative accuracy and reporting.

Team Leadership & Coordination

* Supervise and mentor the operations team to maintain smooth workflows and achieve daily execution targets.

* Serve as the key operational bridge between sales teams, administrative staff, and partner insurance companies

Compliance & Quality Control

* Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI guidelines, internal policies, and data security protocols.

* Maintain accurate records and documentation registers for audit readiness.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
