About Aaytan Academy:

At Aaytan Academy, we coach students in Classes 8th to 12th Science, ensuring every student develops strong conceptual understanding and academic confidence, with Mathematics becoming a subject students genuinely enjoy and excel in.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Mathematics teacher who can inspire students, strengthen their problem-solving abilities, and develop a genuine interest and confidence in Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design engaging lesson plans that focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular practice sessions and structured revision plans for exam preparation.
- Provide effective exam strategies to help students achieve excellent academic results.
- Resolve student doubts through interactive teaching and personalized guidance.




- Encourage logical thinking and build confidence towards Mathematics.

Qualifications:Educational Background:

- A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

- A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience

Personal Attributes:

- A passion for Mathematics and student-centered learning.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make Mathematics simple, engaging, and approachable for students.
