Job Responsibilities:

- Receive the patient and make comfortable
- Ensure the patient is already registered, if not register at admission desk
- Admit right patient in the right room under the right consultant.
- Before admission

a. check the Doctor admission advice,

b. check the patient is desire to admit under cash, insurance or credit.

c. in case of credit or insurance collect & forward the necessary documents to respective departments.

- Counsel the patient

a. Room tariff

b. Eligibility

c. packages

d. visiting hours & video counseling for icu's patients.

e. Paid waiting area recliners & attendant cot

- Ensure obtaining the signatures required after duly explaining the purpose if signatures.
- Complete admission record
- Check patient ID band & sufficient number of stickers.
- Collect advance as per the room or as advised by the Doctor; else informing th Doctor.




- Before sending patient to ward ensure the room is ready with concern floor manager.
- Guide the patient to respective ward with ward boy
- In case of planned admission, Reserve rooms for patient in advance, remind the patient a day before and confirm, explain to bring the documents required for admission.
- Doing Single/deluxe room patients admissions in rooms.
- Handling Internal shifting s(wards/icus/er, etc.) when ever is required
- attending patient quires
- Submit the cash with denomination .

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
