- Previous experience as a Cook / Commis / Kitchen Staff is preferred.
- Experience in preparing healthy Indian food or tiffin/meal services will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes and standardized measurements.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ability to manage multiple food preparations within deadlines.
- Should be punctual, reliable and disciplined.
- Should be comfortable working in a small/start-up food business environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn current recipes and healthy cooking techniques.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with school tiffin, catering, cloud kitchen or meal-preparation businesses.
- Knowledge of nutritious food preparation for children.
- Ability to prepare food with limited oil, balanced spices and controlled salt/sugar.
- Experience with bulk food preparation and portion control.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality for every batch.
